Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

The school may accept payments through authorized online payment gateways, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or other approved digital payment methods. Payments may also be made directly at the school office through accepted offline payment modes.

2. Fee Payments

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all school fees are paid on or before the due dates communicated by the school. Timely payment helps ensure uninterrupted academic and administrative services.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed, a confirmation message or receipt will be generated. Parents are advised to save the payment receipt for future reference.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

If a payment fails or is declined due to technical issues, banking errors, or insufficient funds, the amount will not be considered received until a successful transaction is completed. Parents may contact their bank or the school office for assistance if required.

5. Late Payments

School fees should be paid within the prescribed timelines. Any applicable late fees or penalties will be governed by the school's fee policies and communicated separately by the administration.

6. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways. Lotus Garden English Medium School does not store or have access to sensitive banking or card information provided during online transactions.

7. Changes to Fee Structure

The school reserves the right to revise tuition fees or other applicable charges as per institutional policies. Any changes will be communicated to parents through official school communication channels.

8. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the school's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Registration or application fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the school management.
